At Healing Point, customer experience is at the forefront of our business model. From a serene location at The Encino Gardens, we have purposely tailored a customer experience from beginning to end.

• We understand that guests may be in pain, nervous for their first treatment, have a busy day or running late. The last thing we want is a guest to feel frustrated with parking prior to their treatment, thankfully guests will find a large outdoor parking lot with ample parking that will be fully validated for your session.

• Our space has been carefully designed to provide a relaxing, comfortable feeling, where guests will be greeted by our front desk receptionists, who will help with any questions or paperwork.

• We have chosen extra wide massage treatment beds for our patients, to ensure added comfort during their session. In addition, patients have the option of having the bed heated, which often feels good for relaxation and pain relief.

• Top of the line head rests have been implemented to provided added comfort for prone (face down) treatments.

• Treatments supported with grounding technology (optional), to help enhance the acupuncture treatments by amplifying the body’s natural healing response, and restoring the body’s natural electrical balance.

• The option of aromatherapy sprays such as lavender, citrus or others during your treatment.

• Carefully chosen music frequencies played to enhance effects on the body and mind.

• Complimentary tea and water for before and/or after your treatment.
